Completion of the Services: Successful Bidder will maintain CFCS for an initial period of Ten (10) years from the Date of Commercial Operation (starts after Go-Live) with a provision for extension by a maximum of another Five (5) years subject to Bidder meeting the prescribed performance criteria and consent of KCCA.
